Chavez Immigration Law (CIL) provides legal representation to individuals who have or will have a case before USCIS and/or the Immigration Court.
CIL was created with the purpose of educating and serving immigrant communities in the state of Florida with their immigration case. We at CIL understand that it has become increasingly difficult to find affordable legal representation before USCIS and the Immigration Court. CIL seeks to provide their clients with not only affordable representation, but most importantly, serve them with the utmost integrity .

Family Based Immigration
Including, but not limited to: I-130 Petitions, K-1 Visas, and I-601a Waivers.
Affirmative Asylum
We prepare, file, and represent clients with their asylum case before USCIS.
Adjustment of Status & Naturalization
We help clients adjust their status
to that of a legal permanent resident or U.S. citizen who previously may have submitted a family, special immigrant, or victim of abuse petition, among other categories.
